Stall Timing: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Limited slots available on a first come, first served basis

Stall Pricing

Food Stall Fee: ₹2000
Other Stall Fee: ₹1500

Stall Size

Food Stall Area: 10×10 ft
Other Stall Area: 5×10 ft

Registration Requirements

All vendors must complete official registration with the event organizer
Vendors must provide valid identification, contact details, and a clear description of the goods or services offered
Registration will be confirmed only after payment verification
Proof of payment or receipts must be maintained at all times
Registration amount paid is non-refundable

Operating Rules

Vendors must operate strictly within the space allocated to them
Encroachment on walkways or neighbouring stalls is strictly prohibited
Subletting, transferring, or renting the stall to another party without prior permission is not allowed
Only approved goods or services may be displayed or sold at the stall

Cleanliness & Conduct

Cleanliness must be maintained in and around the stall area
Proper waste disposal is mandatory and vendors should use designated bins
Vendors must behave respectfully with visitors, organizers, and other participants
Any misconduct may lead to stall cancellation without refund

Organizer Authority

Organizers reserve the right to inspect stalls at any time
Any stall found violating the rules may be warned, removed, or disqualified without refund
The decision of the organizing committee shall be final and binding in all matters
