Event Details

  • Event Date: 25th April
  • Venue: MSFDS
  • Stall Timing: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  • Limited slots available on a first come, first served basis

Stall Pricing

  • Food Stall Fee: ₹2000
  • Other Stall Fee: ₹1500

Stall Size

  • Food Stall Area: 10×10 ft
  • Other Stall Area: 5×10 ft

Registration Requirements

  • All vendors must complete official registration with the event organizer
  • Vendors must provide valid identification, contact details, and a clear description of the goods or services offered
  • Registration will be confirmed only after payment verification
  • Proof of payment or receipts must be maintained at all times
  • Registration amount paid is non-refundable

Operating Rules

  • Vendors must operate strictly within the space allocated to them
  • Encroachment on walkways or neighbouring stalls is strictly prohibited
  • Subletting, transferring, or renting the stall to another party without prior permission is not allowed
  • Only approved goods or services may be displayed or sold at the stall

Cleanliness & Conduct

  • Cleanliness must be maintained in and around the stall area
  • Proper waste disposal is mandatory and vendors should use designated bins
  • Vendors must behave respectfully with visitors, organizers, and other participants
  • Any misconduct may lead to stall cancellation without refund

Organizer Authority

  • Organizers reserve the right to inspect stalls at any time
  • Any stall found violating the rules may be warned, removed, or disqualified without refund
  • The decision of the organizing committee shall be final and binding in all matters
