INNOU RUN

10KM Endurance Challenge

Event Details

  • Open category for both men and women
  • Race distance: 10 KM
  • Top 3 finishers will receive cash prizes (Total prize pool ₹40,000)

Registration

  • Early bird fee: ₹250 (23–24 March to 1st April approx.)
  • Regular fee: ₹300 (till 10th April)

Race Day Info

  • Participants must arrive early at the venue
  • Flag-off time: 5:30 AM sharp
  • Participants must follow instructions from officials and volunteers

Route & Hydration

  • Starting point: Tiddim Ground
  • Turn point (5 KM): IOCL Malom Depot
  • Hydration points at 2.5 KM, 5 KM, and 7.5 KM
  • Volunteers will be available at hydration points

Bib Rules

  • Bib must be worn visibly on the front during the race
  • Bib is mandatory to receive finisher medal
  • Bib is non-transferable
  • No bib = disqualification

Medical & Safety

  • Ambulance and medical aid will be available
  • Medical team will monitor participants for injuries
  • Participants run at their own risk
  • Follow all safety instructions during the race

General Rules

  • Use of unfair means will lead to disqualification
  • Participants must respect fellow runners and officials
  • Any misconduct may result in removal from the event

  • Custom medals will be awarded to finishers
