INNOU RUN

10KM Endurance Challenge

Event Details

Open category for both men and women
Race distance: 10 KM
Top 3 finishers will receive cash prizes (Total prize pool ₹40,000)

Registration

Registration opens by late Monday or Tuesday
Early bird fee: ₹250 (23–24 March to 1st April approx.)
Regular fee: ₹300 (till 10th April)
On-spot registration available (limited slots)
Limited extra bibs available for on-spot registration

Race Day Info

Participants must arrive early at the venue
On-spot registration opens 30–40 minutes before race
Flag-off time: 5:30 AM sharp
Participants must follow instructions from officials and volunteers

Route & Hydration

Starting point: Tiddim Ground
Turn point (5 KM): IOCL Malom Depot
Hydration points at 2.5 KM, 5 KM, and 7.5 KM
Volunteers will be available at hydration points

Bib Rules

Bib must be worn visibly on the front during the race
Bib is mandatory to receive finisher medal
Bib is non-transferable
No bib = disqualification

Medical & Safety

Ambulance and medical aid will be available
Medical team will monitor participants for injuries
Participants run at their own risk
Follow all safety instructions during the race

General Rules

Use of unfair means will lead to disqualification
Participants must respect fellow runners and officials
Any misconduct may result in removal from the event

Extras

Custom medals will be awarded to finishers
Additional medals reserved for on-spot participants
